- Place your left hand's index fingertip on the rear camera lens.
- Ensure complete coverage of the lens by your fingertip, indicated by a full red color in the camera window box.
- Press the Start button to initiate measurement.
- Keep your fingertip steady for at least 10 seconds to view your heart rate and pulse graph.
- If you have entered your age in the settings, your maximum and target heart rates will be displayed.
- Option to enable auto-stop after 30 seconds in the settings.
Note: For devices without an LED flashlight, it is advisable to use the app in well-lit surroundings. Additionally, this app seamlessly integrates with the iOS Health app, enhancing the recording and centralized management of heart rate data.
