My Heart Rate (Lite) by CCApp provides an intuitive way to monitor your heart rate on the go, but it lacks advanced features found in premium versions.

My Heart Rate app offers a user-friendly interface reminiscent of a real pulse oximeter, enabling users to conveniently monitor their heart rate before and after physical activity. By inputting your age in the setup section, the app calculates your target heart rate percentage based on your maximum heart rate, facilitating monitoring during moderate and intense workouts.

Place your left hand's index fingertip on the rear camera lens.
Ensure complete coverage of the lens by your fingertip, indicated by a full red color in the camera window box.
Press the Start button to initiate measurement.
Keep your fingertip steady for at least 10 seconds to view your heart rate and pulse graph.
If you have entered your age in the settings, your maximum and target heart rates will be displayed.
Option to enable auto-stop after 30 seconds in the settings.

Note: For devices without an LED flashlight, it is advisable to use the app in well-lit surroundings. Additionally, this app seamlessly integrates with the iOS Health app, enhancing the recording and centralized management of heart rate data.
